MP C3003/4503 cannot perform color correction

symptom

1. The MPC3003SP fails to perform ACC (automatic color comparison);

Maintenance process

1. Print the customer output sample and find that magenta (M) is obviously light, as shown in the figure:

2. Check the TD sensor values of SP3-210, respectively: K (3.25), C (1.92), M (3.31), Y (2.04), and judge the magenta in the powder-deficient state by numerical observation;

3. Execute SP3-050-5 to help the magenta force to replenish the toner. After the execution, the SC361-03 code appears on the machine, as shown in the figure:

4. After the SP3-030-5 magenta TD sensor is initialized, the machine is normal, and SP3-050-5 forced refilling is performed again;

5. Review the TD sensor values of SP3-210 again: K(3.25), C(1.92), M(1.82), Y(2.04);

6. Execute Print SP 1-103-2 print test sample image, the image returns to normal;

7. Perform ACC adjustment again, the machine is normal;

solution

After inspection and testing, this fault is caused by the low concentration of the magenta developing chamber, and the repair is performed after the forced powder filling and the TD sensor are initialized;
