Theme: Color Print Limit Settings

symptom

A customer, using MPC4503, on the computer (win7.32 bit), using the Universal Driver 4.10 version

Print, I want to limit the color printing (if you need to enter a password to print), customers do not want to buy other software.

The customer has used user code verification, and OK has been set on the MFP side (see below), which can successfully limit color copying;

Create a new account in the address book to set the user code and allow printing of color functions

Follow the path below from the printing preferences in the driver:

Printing Preferences - Detailed Settings - Menu - Job Settings - User Code, enter settings in the "User Code" field

Good user code can print out color documents.
